Charlotte was recommended by our vets as a first course of action for our lame Retriever. She was very supportive and knowledgeable about Keeras cruciate, and liased with our vet with the suggestion of a stifle brace support being made, followed by lots of exercises. However we decided to have cruciate surgery, which was arranged very speedily. Charlotte since has being very helpful in her recovery and reassuring us as to her progress, and keeping both the vet and surgeon up to date. Would certainly recommend her, and is committed to her profession, along with being good value for money.

My Labrador is 9 and has arthritis. After assessment, Charlotte at The Lion Clinic gave me guidance and a tailored treatment plan to manage his arthritis and to maintain his mobility and comfort as he ages. Charlotte is an expert in her field. She is friendly and approachable. She has compassion, empathy and care for my dog who is always excited to see her. I have no hesitation in recommending her.

We are currently having physio with Charlotte for my dachshund Bilbo who is recovering from IVDD surgery. We are very grateful for all of Charlottes help and support with Bilbos recovery. Charlotte has excellent knowledge and we have been giving clear exercises to continue with each week until our next session. Bilbo is getting stronger and stronger each day and we are very happy with everything Charlotte has done for Bilbo to get him stronger. It is also great Charlotte can visit your house to do the physio sessions there which is less stressful for your pet. Highly recommend :)

Charlotte was brilliant with helping my geriatric cat Spike regain the ability to jump up onto my bed for snuggles again. It has been heartbreaking to see how he had been struggling with his arthritis and no longer wanting to come upstairs at night as he couldn’t climb the stairs. Charlotte has worked miracles with a slightly grumpy cat to ease his pain and build his strength. Her professionalism and knowledge shone through and the results have been amazing. Moreover it was incredible that she came to our house over the course of the treatment, where he was much more relaxed, and could also advise us on changes to make his life easier. Daphne recently had surgery to repair a luxating patella. Following which Charlotte has worked with her on a weekly basis and the results have been remarkable. Charlotte is very knowledgeable and explains the rationale behind any of the exercises she uses in Daphne’s recovery. The approach is very well planned out and strategic to ensure that Daphne is progressing at the right speed. Charlotte is a pleasure to work with and has a very warm and friendly personality. Highly recommended.
